Most recently (2017), Dr. Faron was awarded the Diploma in Jungian Analysis by the Research and Training Centre for Depth Psychology according to C.G. Jung and Marie-Louise von Franz, Zurich, Switzerland. Her thesis was entitled: The Wise Old Woman Spirit: Help as a Partnership. She researched and wrote about this aspect of the Feminine Divine realizing it as greatly needed in our world today.
She earned her doctorate in 1985 from The California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), Berkeley, California. Her dissertation reflects her value of self-knowledge: she wanted to know what changes were occurring within her as she became a psychologist. She investigated the impact of the professional socialization process on students becoming psychologists.
